Asgard was levelled by Mangog shortly before Thor#200, but it looked brand new again almost immediately.
It was however smashed to pieces by Surtur (and the Rainbow bridge was shattered) around Thor #352. Rebuilding took a little longer.
Thor found Asgard in ruins in Avengers vol. 2 #1, but I've no idea what happened that time.
The home of the Norse gods was thoroughly annihilated by Surtur once again at the end of Thor: disassembled.
It was rebuilt by Thor and the Odinforce somewhere over Oklahoma, but it was once again scapped by Sentry during the Siege event.
And they call it the Realm Eternal!!!

Wasn't all of Manhattan Island towed out to sea and pulled back into position by Hercules in an issue of The Champions? That would have wrecked a lot of bridges, tunnels, utilities and buildings.

The Baxter Building went into space in FF #6 and was set right back in place with no problems to the electricity, water, foundation, etc. etc.

How about Tony Stark's companies?
Started out as Stark Industries .. later to become Stark International when Tony took them out of the weapons industry. Issue #100 Tony lost his company to Obadiah Stane, and it became Stane International (eventually passing to Justin Hammer and back to Stark himself).
After coming out of his alcoholism,(around issue 186) he join a small west coast start up Circuits Maximus (with Cly and Morley Erwin) and eventually gets back to being a milionaire genius, starting a new company Stark Enterprises at issue #200. Stark Enterprises lasted until Heroes Reborn, when it became Stark/Fujinawa(to match 2099).
When he came back, he decided to leave the old company alone and started Stark Solutions . That was relatively short lived, and ended up getting sold off with the money given to the Avengers when Tiberius Stone ruined his reputation.
Finally, after getting a somewhat random inheritance from another victim of Stone, he started Stark Industries again, while Rumiko Fujikawa tricked her grandfather into selling it back to him, so he, briefly, had his old company back.
He then pretty much destroyed it during Dark Reign, and put Pepper in charge of selling it off. After that, he started Stark Resilient and all was great for a few months... including his building his own space station and Troy. When the whole space trip to find his heritage thing happened, he gave the company to Pepper (again), who eventually dropped the 'Stark' from the name (I think during Axis).
Nowadays, Tony's poor, but it's not clealy exactly what the deal is, since sometimes he's not.

The Eiffel Tower was destroyed by Avalanche in Uncanny X-Men #406. The X-Men defeat the Brotherhood, and in the epilogue of the issue it's mentioned that repairs to the damaged city have already started, so they were probably quick to put the Tower back together.
I misremembered it as Fever Pitch destroying the Eiffel Tower, and not Avalanche. But that's probably because of my inexplicable affection for Fever Pitch. (He was not a discount Pyro!!!)
