Nice bunch of books you got in 2016. I got Megaton #3 the first appearance of Savage Dragon for 50 cents in a bargain box in Maine. That's a 150 dollar book.

This, no question. I didn't know this existed. IDW published it ? They (IDW) also published some John Romita Jr ASM Artist Editions too, which are very cool.

I have FF from 116 -416 but I don't think I could pull the trigger on the book for 50 dollars or more.

I spent a hair over $50 for the FF #112, which is the 8th-most I've ever spent on a single floppie. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I realized the stupid issue was not going to get any cheaper, so I let my completionist OCD take over and I splurged.

I'll have to be content with the reprint from MGS.

This, no question. I didn't know this existed. IDW published it ? IDW has a whole line of Artist Editions, original art, scanned and printed at actual size. They are expensive, but for fans worth every penny. I also have a Steranko Shield edition and the Kirby FF one that just came out. They are breathtaking. This summer they are releasing a second Kirby FF edition from earlier issues when the art was twice up. I can't wait. www.idwpublishing.com/artists-edition/

Sounds great. I don't usually analyze artwork too much with the exception of the JLA/Avengers omnibus. When looking at that book, I just take my time with the detail to each page by Perez. I think it's his finest hour.

I think it's his finest hour. The books are certainly for a select audience, but for aficionados of original comic art, they are must haves. I can only afford a few. For Perez, there is this; www.idwpublishing.com/product/avengers-george-perez-marvel-artist-select-series/
