I have loved and reread the Warlock Magus saga many times and I was beginning to tire of it until I read the Masterworks HC last year. Something about the colors and the format made me love it again.

My most reread comics are probably John Byrne's FF, and then maybe his Superman. Something about the way he does comics just hits the right spot for me, more than anyone else's.

Gerber's Howard The Duck from 70's. My mom got me a Marvel Essentials copy during my teen years and I read and re-read that thing so many drokkin' times, I'm surprised the pages hadn't crumbled away into dust
Re-reading it recently, the humor is still just as infectiously razor sharp, the satire even more so. And if anything, I think that speaks volumes to Gerber's talent as a writer that something from the 70's can still be just as socially relevant to a teen in the early to mid 2000's as it was when it initially came out

To be honest not really. Im not a big Ryan fan and didnt think it was Byrne's best writing. I think 300 kind of ended an era.

OOF! missed this thread somehow from 2017. Mind you, as I cycle through these faves it is usually 2-3 years between re-reading.
Tomb of Dracula Werewolf by Night Master of Kung Fu Iron Fist John Carter, Warlord of Mars Godzilla ROM Spaceknight Micronauts Star Wars Marvel Two-in-One Ghost Rider Fantastic Four Avengers Warlock Captain Mar-Vell X-men by Claremont/Cockrum/Byrne/Smith Nexus Badger Elfquest Usagi Yojimbo Grimjack Jon Sable Judge Dredd Strontium Dog Doom Patrol Silver Age Metamorpho Hawkman Silver Age Suicide Squad Firestorm Captain Atom Flash Silver Age Infantino Flash Baron forward Starman Star Trek Original and Next Generation from DC Archie comics collections
Sure there is more. But that is off the top of my head. Newly collected over the last few years and certain to become regular reads: Valerian Corto Maltese Garth Ennis war series Carl Barks/Don Rosa Duck books Pogo

Planetary Ruse Fables (at least the first 75 issues. I usually continue on the rest of the series and lose steam around issue #110) N.E.X.T.W.A.V.E. (read this every year) Wisdom mini-series and Captain Britain & MI13 ongoing(I'm an unashamed huge fan of Pete Wisdom) Milk & Cheese and Sam & Max: Freelance Detectives (both of these make me laugh every time I read them)
