hondobrode is the kind of guy that just seems to look out for and respect the heck out of everyone. He seems to have an infinite supply of patience and belief in the good of people. This community is definitely a better place because of him.

Both nominees so far are excellent choices, and I'd be happy if either of them won, as both continually prove their worthiness.
To make this election more difficult, I'd like to add to the list of nominees Roquefort Raider, who is unfailingly polite, considerate, welcoming, and respectful in addition to his many other qualities. Even in the hottest of political battles, he remains cool and collected. I don't think he is capable of an insult or a sharp comment.
I envy him that aspect of his character. He's an admirable model for others, including yours truly, of how arguments should be conducted and friendships forged rather than shattered.

hondobrode & Roquefort RaiderAs I say this, I'm delightful and feels privileged to be honored to be nominated here. We all have different ways to be friendly and supported to one another and having said this ... Hondo and Raider are very different in each of their ways of reaching out to members here as a Member and a Staff Position of CCF Mod Squad of which they have additional responsibilities to maintain here. I wished to thank md62 for nominating me and I wanted to wish both Hondo and Raider best wishes too because they are worthy to win also!

I'd like to nominate Icctrombone. He's always a genial, upbeat and friendly poster in the forum and even on the odd occasion when he becomes embroiled in a heated discussion, he maintains his good natured demeanor and never once seems to take offence at other posters. As such, he's one of those members who, in my mind, exemplifies the sort of behaviour that is expected of posters here at the CCF.

I want to nominate The Captain. I appreciate his positive posts and this past year he sent me a bunch of Thor books that I needed for my run while he was shopping for his own collections. Who does that ? He's a class act.
