This is from the period when editor Julius Schwartz and writer Gardner Fox were getting away from the silliness of the Schiff era with more realistic stories. And it has a caveman that survived the millennia by being frozen in the ice and he has somehow gained super-powers. And he flies around and moves around encased in ice. And he's trying to kill Batman because the caveman's ancient enemy looked just like Bruce Wayne (albeit with a full set of facial hair and a mass of crazy hair on his head). I wish they had adapted this for the TV show with maybe Victor Mature as the caveman.

I don't know what less believable; caveman romance or the fact that he's a perfect candidate for a Gillette commercial.

OK, we've got cavemen, dinosaurs, a leopard-skin bikini and a mammoth with a bizarrely distorted mouth, all in a 1941 cover that's signed "Viscardi". A little while later, Nicholas Viscardi shortened and anglicized his name to "Nick Cardy".
