I wish there was some award we could give Shaxper for keeping this forum alive. He deserves something for all his ongoing hard work & dedication. I got to be the first inductee to the CCF Monthly Model Member Society  Nothing needed beyond that. You guys keeping the discussion alive, illuminating, and civil, is all the thanks I've ever sought in doing what I do. And, really, mrp, bronzeagebrian, mars, and hondobrode have taken so much weight off of my shoulders recently that, at this point, I'm only doing the stuff I really want to do. No additional work involved. I couldn't be more grateful, honestly. Having the choice, I still would have preferred never to have needed to move over from CBR in the first place, but that having happened, I think what's occurred since has been a tremendous gift. |
