Really great covers, everyone; some tried-and-true classics, plus some covers that are new to me. Beautiful all around. tingramretro , Photobucket images don't show up here anymore, since now Photobucket basic accounts no longer include third party posting (see Shax's recent thread about this, here's the link classiccomics.org/thread/4635/got-kidding-me-photobucket?page=1). You'll have to repost your cover selection and use something other than photobucket. I usually go to coverbrowser or comicbbook database and then upload the image to, and get links from, imgur.com.

Re: Chuck Cudera--I'm always interested in seeing different artists on Infantino. I think around this time, he did a story inked by long-time Dick Sprang inker, Charles Paris. And, yeah, that's one of my favorite covers ever. Yes, it was the Batman-Flash team-up in B and B 67. This issue was one of the first books I remember reading as a kid. I hated the buck teeth on some of the characters.

OK. I have absolutely no idea what any of that meant because I'm not really great with technology. I have no idea how to do what you just said and no inclination to stress myself learning anything new, so basically, I think that's me out of the contest and probably also the end of my Captain Britain review thread. I almost always scanned covers from my own collection and uploaded them to Photobucket. Now, I have no idea how to do anything and am frankly too disillusioned to care.

On this forum, I'm pretty big on posting covers and scans so I took a big hit when Fbucket pull this scam. But I encourage you to seek out another hosting site , it's not that difficult.

I don't think I'll bother. I only had Photobucket because someone set it up for me. Never even touched a computer until I was almost forty, and I've never really embraced all that stuff. Besides, every image I ever posted, here or on a dozen other sites including my own British comics forum (which that same someone also created for me) is now gone, so I'm really not inclined to start all over again.

I know how you feel. I have reached that point in my life when someone will say " you have to get a High Def 3-D wrap around Total Immersion TV. They are amazing." And I could care less. I am content with what I have as far as technology. Tired of constantly upgrading.

I'm no expert when it comes to tech but I have learned to embrace the new stuff. I never used a computer til I was 39. I learn new things every week.

When you want to post pics in forums, blogs, etc., instead of uploading your scanned covers to Photobucket, you can upload them to Imgur. The great thing about Imgur is that it does not require a sign-up or force you to create an account or your own library. For those who may be interested, here is a link to the upload page imgur.com/upload .
