I have caught up on the first two episodes of the season and they have been pretty good so far. Felicity is determined to get Diaz, love the Canaries teaming up...and apparently Laurel is slowly turning into a better person? I am wondering how the flash forward is going to work out, but good to see Colton Haynes back. The train fight was very well done and exciting. Still think they need to thin out the cast, but so far, I am in for the season!

This season with Oliver is prison so far has been my favorite since seasons 1 & 2. They really are firing on all cylinders as far as I'm concerned. The flash forwards with Roy and William, Black Siren possibly turning over a new leaf in the present, capturing Richard Dragon all has me really invested in what's next. Very much looking forward to Elseworlds!

A prison riot plus a team up with Bronze Tiger count me in! The action in this was pretty epic. Diaz is definitely one of the best villains the series has offered. My favorite since Deathstroke and Merlin.

10/10 episode last night. Loved that the action focused on Oliver throughout the entire show and no Wilddog, Mr Terrific, etc. My only minor gripe is that I can't understand what Diaz says half the time...almost like he's mumbling his lines or he pronounces his S's with a SH sound. Great, action packed episode!

I am really excited about the potential for Batwoman in the CWverse. Count me on board I'm looking forward to that pilot now. Love seeing Superman in the black costume. I think the main thing about the tease I got from this is that they are planning on bringing in the Anti-Monitor at some point and that may possibly be the Crisis where The Flash disappears. Loved the Arkham Asylum riot and there were tons of Easter Eggs I'll have to look out for when I rewatch this. Great cliffhanger too.

The entire 3 part Elseworlds was just plain terrific old school comic book fashion fun. Entertaining as all get out and all of the players had their moments to shine and I loved Ollie having such a difficult time in adjusting to being the Flash while Barry took to bad ass Arrow almost instantly and was having the time of his life. The El cousin's interactions was spot on as well and seeing Lois as the strong partner with Clark was splendid . The only part I wished that could have been expanded upon was Shipp's Flash from Earth 90 being given a bit more to do for the entire cross-over. Boy was it a hoot and a half seeing him in the old crimson suit. Mark this one as a big win and deserving of it's own DVD or placing ALL of the cross-overs into a 4 disc set when Crisis is done next year.

Great cliffhanger too. it seems obvious the deal that Ollie made with Monitor is that he will die in the Crisis (they foreshadowed it by calling out that Ollie made the deal to go to prison without consulting or telling Felicity or ANYBODY).
just a feeling, but I'm guessing this is the last year for Arrow - they need to make room for Batwoman on the schedule. . so won't surprise me if Ollie dies in next year's crossover.

I saw on Stephen Amell’s Facebook page that Arrow will end next season and there will be only 10 episodes. Despite losing interest in the show, I was a bit sad as I remembered how much I enjoyed the first 2 seasons and the first part of season 3. I wonder if Arrow will be a casualty of the coming Crisis.

If Arrow can go out on a high note then it can be truly proud of itself. Lasting 8 seasons and helping to bring about the "Arrowverse" of multiple comic book shows set in the same world and running on the same network is impressive. No other comic book series has done that or even come close to accomplishing all that Arrow has achieved while on the air. Like any television show it has its highs and lows but I seriously have watched it and enjoyed it throughout it's run. Definitely will be one to go back to and watch on DVD in a few years...
