Apparently this was two weeks ago, but Archie artist and mainstay Stan Goldberg has passed on.

Along with DeCarlo, I looked forward to his work as a kid; loved and appreciated his work as an adult. He will be missed.

Of course Stan Goldberg also coloured about zillion Marvel comics as part of that fabled 60's Bullpen. He was a prodigious talent, working with many of the titans of the medium, and indeed it might be said, earned the title of one himself.
