People are taking the contest title too literally. Read the premise DubipR wrote. It's not about fishing, it's about taking the day off. actually.. look underneath the "Gone Fishing" sign Du posted: (before his entry)
Covers of fishing and reeling in a whopper.Sure, fishing on a day off would be a suitable cover. But i see a lot of covers here that are just fish themed and not anything about relaxing and days off. Not trying to make a thing about it, people will vote on what they think appropriate. But I thought it should be pointed out. |

True, if those things are combined on the cover, it's good. But just fishing themed covers doesn't seem to honor the spirit of the contest. Well, I've had my say. Carry on and post. |
