Tonight I'm binge reading some of the Rebirth one shots of Titans/Teen Titans, Hal jordan, Green Lanterns, Flash and Superman.
Two Rebirth series I'm curious about though. Wonder Woman and the Titans/Teen Titans series because of white guy Wally West. Those two series any good?

I read the first trade of Wonder Woman rebirth like a week ago.
I have to strain to remember anything about it.
Um... For some reason it collected only odd numbered issues? That was weird.
Wonder Woman teams up with the Cheetah to do... something, I forget, and there's a separate sub-plot where Steve Trevor does something. And then they come together and there is... stabbing?
I have read a lot of comics and I have a terrible memory. It all slips aways pretty quickly, unless there's some THERE there.
I dunno. I like a lot of what Marvel's doing right now, but DC is totally focusing on telling stories more or like the stories I have read a gajillion times before. I was pleasantly disposed towards (the first volume of) Teen Titans (not the Wally West one), Action Comics, Green Lanterns, Aquaman, Detective Comics. And the second volume of Batman.* But I can't imagine spending money on 'em, either.
And I might get a hankering to read some new-fangled old-school superhero comics and spend money on some of these at some point. But I honestly think that might be a thing in my life that has passed. I want new comics to feel NEW, I guess.
* THis one I actually remember a little bit about. Batman gathers together a Suicide Squad style team of villains, including Punch & Jewlee, Catwoman, and the Ventriloquist. I thought this was kind of a cool plot. This is the only plot of any of the DC Rebirth books I will remember in 6 months.

Although I can only react like someone who has been reading comics for decades and is old and tired.
Also, I thought I heard somewhere that Nicola Scott was drawing Wonder Woman, and I generally like her stuff. But it was some other guy drawing Wonder Woman. That was a bummer. Maybe she starts later?

Rucka and Liam Sharp told a story set in current times in the odd issues, and Rucka and Nicola Scott told the story of Wonder Woman Year One in the even issues, It's how they kept up the bi-weekly schedule. When they collected it, volume 1 was the present day story by Rucka and Sharp, Vol. 2 was the Year One story by Rucka and Scott. If you want to read the Scott issues, it's the even numbered issues and collected in Vol. 2. As for Justice League, I read the first volume by Hitch and it was okay. Not bad, not anything to write home about, just pretty standard super-hero fare. If your local library offers the hoopla service, you can read all the Rebirth trades for free via that service. -M

Generally, I'm not a fan of any of the Rebirth titles that DC puts out and I was checking JLA rebirth not so long ago and I thought it was a decent title nothing fancy and nothing more. I just can't see myself reading it and enjoying it as it is even the writing is good but the art isn't on par of the past. Silver Age JLA is far more superior than Rebirth and I did enjoy some of the books but my memory can't remember which one it is.
Most of the Rebirth books are just plain average and I don't want average - there I said it and that's one of the many reasons why I don't care for the comics today.

I think Titans and Teen Titans have been the most readable any Titans series has been since pre-Flashpoint. There are a couple of issues of Titans I dislike because I'm not a fan of the Brett Booth artwork. There are two issues he didn't draw that I would recommend to any long time Titans fan. Titans #7 where the original Wally West reunites with pre-Flashpoint Superman. (Important to note this takes place before the events of "Superman Reborn".) and Titans Annual #1 which has members of the Titans captured along side their Justice League counterparts.
Teen Titans has reintroduced the modern version of Aqualad which I think is interesting.
Justice League of America is okay but I think this month's issue "The Search for Ray Palmer" has been the best so far.

I read the first trade of Wonder Woman rebirth like a week ago. I have to strain to remember anything about it. Um... For some reason it collected only odd numbered issues? That was weird. For some reason Wonder Woman Rebirth had two ongoing story arcs appearing in every other issue. I enjoyed the origin flashbacks better than the story set in the present. They do both eventually tie together I think. In order to rescue Psycho-Pirate from Bane. I thought that was and interesting plot as well. I thought I heard somewhere that Nicola Scott was drawing Wonder Woman, and I generally like her stuff. But it was some other guy drawing Wonder Woman. That was a bummer. Maybe she starts later? She draws the origin flashbacks "Year One" story arc starting with issue #2 and alternating every other issue. I have no idea why they chose to publish it like that.

Reason why Im going to read some of Rebirth Titans and Rebirth Teen Titans is because of white guy original Kid Flash Wally West being brought.
While I am an older comic book reader where I just got back into comics since 1996, I dont remember much about Impulse and Kid Flash from back then in the 1990s.
What happened to regular white guy Kid Flash/Wally West anyway to have him be brought back into Rebirth anyway?

I think that's his first appearance since Flashpoint. What happened to regular white guy Kid Flash/Wally West anyway to have him be brought back into Rebirth anyway? As of the new 52 the original Wally West simply didn't exist and the history of the Teen Titans didn't happen. However in Rebirth and the current volume of Titans we find out that some of it did occur and everyone simply doesn't remember it. Teen Titans featured an all new version of Kid Flash from the future that was similar to Impulse because he was also from the future but honestly he was so terrible I'm glad they got rid of him. The new 52 Teen Titans volumes were largely unreadable to me and featured some pretty unappealing artwork. They introduced Wally West II late in the new 52 but I think he wasn't written very well until Rebirth.

Yes I read the Rebirth one shot. But I'm still going to read Rebirth Titans and Rebirth Teen Titans for the white guy Wally west stuff going on. Especially the older Kid Flash Wally from the DC Rebirth one shot since I guess he's more important than Barry which DC hyped up too much alot lately

What happened to the regular white guy Wally anyway before Rebirth? Something happen to him from back in the 1990s? He had a kick ass run by Mark Waid? In infiniti crisis from the 2000s he disappeared for a while into the speed force/wierd place and they tried to use a now grown up version of Impulse as his replacement. When he came back his kids who had been babies before that were suddenly years older and the his whole character just felt wierd. Then in Final crisis Barry Allan came back from the dead and resumed the position as "the main flash" culminating in flashpoint and the new 52 where redhead Wally was not a thing until he returned in the reborth one shot.

My bad. Its just Rebirth Justice League that Im interested in which has Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg and Martian Manhunter if thats even Martian Manhunter.
I read the Rebirth Justice League one shot # 1 and then the first 4 issues of Rebirth Justice League. I happen to like it since Superman does his best to fit in with the rest of the gang

I've been reading the DC Rebirth Graphic Novels at the library, and I like the concept. Especially since they are involving Watchmen characters. I like the return of Classic Wally West & Pre-Flashpoint Superman & Lois Lane. It's fun and a little confusing since there are 2 versions of Wally West on the same Earth.
I do have one question that maybe someone can answer. I never finished all of New 52, I only read what the library has but it seems since DC launched "Rebirth" there is no Firestorm anywhere. Did something happen to Ronnie & Jason in NEW 52 or did "rebirth" wiped them from existence? Last I saw in NEW 52 Firestorm was in the Justice League.
