I love it when Usagi gets himself in mystical entanglements like this and this one is especially great because instead of being an action/horror story it plays out like a character piece with Usagi taking the back seat. With our favorite Ronin as a spectator we get a look at a little slice of history and culture and through Usagi's reaction we learn more about how honorable he is, even to the long dead.
