I was reading Black Panther #1 on MU and ran across this great splash by Kirby and It features a character called Mister Little and it makes me wonder how many "Small People" have been in comics?

Puck from Alpha flight was a dwarf until he was retconned into being a tall guy shrunk to contain a demon. (Don't ask). Before that continuity nightmare, I thought it was great to see him work as a bouncer and throw guys twice his size out of a bar! Don't mess with Eugene Judd!

Though not a "little person," Wolverine was always described as being short.

Fusion! No offense to little people but the story these two appeared in was terrible.

OK, if we're doing that, I call Ant Man I, Ant Man II, Ant Man III, Yellowjacket II, Yellowjacket III, Atom II, Atom III, Dyna-Mite (Marvel), Sting, Bluejay, the Micronauts and Micro-Force. And also 2000 AD's Banzai Battalion.
