I'm glad shaxper started this site so quickly. I never had a chance to get involved in any of those kinds of conversations where some commenter is either wildly misinformed or laying it on pretty thick about the near-divinity of someone who's not really that good (usually Nolan) that make me feel obligated to make a statement - as politely as possible - that there might be some who disagree. (You know, a conversation I should have skipped completely.)
Shaxper's energetic response probably saved me a lot of grief.

I hate to be that guy, but I think we need to consolidate this discussion. Roughly four threads have now descended into complaining about CBR. I understand the feelings, but this site was never intended to be the Anti-CBR League. For the sake of keeping the conversation flowing, please take any discussion about CBR to the "Classics & Collected" thread. Thanks! |
