Yes
Karate Kid had a 20th century title for 15 issues
The second Legion Lost title, from the New 52, had half the Legion travel back to the 20th century, for 16 issues
Phase, a L.E.G.I.O.N. member, was originally Enya Wazzo, Tinya (Phantom Girl's cousin) Wazzo's cousin from the future, until it was later retconned to actually be Tinya who was revealed to be a Carggite, like Triplicate Girl (fail).
Wildfire has potential to be a time displaced member of the Justice League I think. That'd be cool.

Cosmic Boy was in the present at one point also, I believe.

Just read on The Beat that The Terrifics was just 500 copies shy of The Flash, DC's second best selling non-event franchise for February.
That's great news and it far outsold the rest of DC's New Age of Heroes i.e. Sideways, Silencer, and Damage.
Silencer is a Punisher-type non-starter for me. Sideways looks ok but I won't buy it. Damage looks kind of Hulk-ishly clever but is doing the worst of the lot. Too bad.
Hopefully The Terrifics hangs on. There's a recent announcement of a 6 issue Plastic Man mini by Gail Simone, so hopefully that does well too.
I like how Metal has incorporated one of the new metals into Plastic Man's chemistry, sort of bumping him up the power scale and getting an extra focus off of the buzz of Metal.
