Wow - shows how integral the music was to Trailer 2 - that international trailer is just dreadful - makes it look dull as dishwater.

Hmm. Looks OK, but it's not really compelling. My big worry about this film is that all the trailers have been pretty meh, apart from the "revolution will not be televised" one - that one got me excited about the film, but my concern is that it's that trailer rather than the film which is actually good/exciting

My big worry about this film is that all the trailers have been pretty meh, apart from the "revolution will not be televised" one - that one got me excited about the film, but my concern is that it's that trailer rather than the film which is actually good/exciting With all I have seen for this and all the other highly anticipated movies for this year, this is the one I am most excited about. It feels different and it feels like it can bring something new to the MCU and be its own thing while still building part of the larger mosaic. It seems like it has some of the thematic elements that have defined the best Panther runs but also has its own look and vibe as a movie/story set in a super-science tribal culture like Wakanda should. But to each his own I guess. -M |
