Haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else (if it has been, apologies - a simple search didn't turn anything up), but the great Steve Ditko just celebrated his 90th (!) birthday yesterday (Nov. 2). So happy birthday to Mr. Ditko, with many thanks for all of the years of entertainment and all of the great comics creations or co-creations.

Indeed. It's a shame Mr. Ditko avoids public appearances, but I'm sure he realizes how many people appreciate his work. (How he may think of those people is another story.)

I saw this on twitter yesterday and I couldn't believe he was 90.

I'm shocked too ... he is four years younger than Stan Lee (94) and pleasantly surprised to learn this from EdoBosnar today!

Happy birthday Steve! Just read ASM #20 and the intro has a blurb about featuring his name first ahead of Stan's. He should always be credited in the creation of Spidey so he can never be forgotten.
