Recently I've been buying trade paperbacks for some DC Rebirth comics from Batman , Action Comics and Green Lanterns.
How good are the story arcs in Action Comics 953-972 by the way?

Action Comics and the Superman title during Rebirth are the most readable the character has been since pre-Flashpoint (although I did enjoy Grant Morrison's new 52 Action Comics run). I would also recommend Superwoman Rebirth as well.

Thats not what I asked.
I asked how are the story arcs in issues 952 to 972 for Action Comics?

Thats not what I asked. I asked how are the story arcs in issues 952 to 972 for Action Comics? Action 952 doesn't exist.... the switch back to the original numbering after the New 52 started with 957. To answer your question, the 1st arc was fighting Doomsday.. then they resolve the story with the 'extra' Clark Kent... the Kents move back to Metropolis and Lois goes back to the Planet... then there's the 'trial of Lex Luthor' arc. There's definitely plenty of overlap with the two titles, though not any direct crossovers. Superboy is more in the Superman book, if you're looking for him.

I've been reading Rebirth Superman since last year.
It's Action Comics previous issues from 950ish to 972.
How are the story arcs such as Doomsday mostly

I didn't love the Doomsday arc... it was decent, but I find Superman to be better. The stuff with Lex is pretty good, though. I don't love the concept of him mostly a good guy, but they're making it work.
