Read these Stories and they are good
Superman Lost Son
Adventure Comics #283
Action Comics #779-#782
I have not read these stories
Superman: World of New Krypton (2009)
War of the Supermen (2010)
Those are the only stories that I know of and I'm surprised by that. Adventure Comics was the 1st Story involving Zod.

I have a hard time getting into any Zod story where he's not clothed in a Glad trash bag. This is my psychological burden to bear...

DC Presents #97 is an issue that focuses on the Phantom Zone criminals, including Zod, that I always enjoyed. Likewise, the early '80s Phantom Zone mini-series is a diverting read, without ever being mind blowingly good.
