I changed my vote from Other to the 2nd Phoeinx, but I don't know how to tag somebody. If a poster never changed their username, you can tag them by putting a @ sign before their name. To make sure you have the right username, you can move your mouse over the poster's name seen over their avatar on the left of their posts; if you leave the mouse's cursor there for a few moments, the poster's original username (complete with the @ sign, even!) will show up in a small window. Thanks!

Superman
Spectre (2nd Phoenix listing)
Phoenix
Dr Manhattan
I always thought Green Lantern was one of the most powerful characters as well, though he's not on this list.

Of the list being presented, my choices would be:
Superman
Thor
Phoenix (Jean Grey)
Shazam (every bit the equal of Superman)
Of those not presented on this list, Flash. Taken to the logical extreme, he is nigh unstoppable.

PLEASE RE-VOTE AS USUAL ... I had to re-do the POLL and to add The Flash, and Green Lantern. To fix things up and took out Power Girl and Genis Vall to accommodate members requests to vote for the The Flash and Green Lantern. Sorry about taking another vote and felt obligated to do so.

hondobrode ... Forgot to add Green Lantern on the list. How ignorance of me not to. @mechagodzilla No harm no foul I've always thought the top GL, whether that's Hal, Kyle, Guy, Alan, Jessica, Simon, or whoever, would be one of the most powerful characters in the DCU Hal resurrected Coast City !

EDIT: Also, rightly or wrongly, I just don't consider Doctor Manhattan a proper, bona fide DC superhero. I tend to agree with you that Doctor Manhattan isn't a bona fide DC superhero, but I voted for him just the same, since he's listed on the poll. If this were a list if villains, I think Molecule Man should make the final four, and maybe the Anti-Monitor dependind on whether or not you consider him a legit DC supervillain. I'm also thinking I may change my Superman vote to the Silver Surfer.

I don't know why I didn't think of this before, but Dr. Fate and Zatanna should probably be on the list. EDIT: Oh, and Dr. Strange.

From the poll, I went for Dr. Manhattan, though I think it's debatable whether he qualifies as a superhero.
BTW, I can't read the title of this thread without hearing a variation on an old joke: "Master, the peasants are re-voting!"
