I need rescued by all my superheroes here! I need a picture of someone more jumping that flying through the air...female, long hair, no cape, and preferably at sunset with the character in shadow or even blacked out...like a full body profile. If you can help me I will send you proverbial hugs and kisses and proclaim you a god!

Not sure if it is what you are looking for, as aI can't find something that is the exact type of image you are looking for, but here are a couple of images of stock jumping poses of females in silhouette that can be used to cut and paste onto a background in photoshop or another program to create the image you need...  these are more flying than jumping and have cape optional vectors...  These are actually dance pose vectors but some resemble dynamic jumping poses...  here's a cityscape with Catwoman jumping you could import those images into...  and another generic skyline you could use..  -M |
