This ad is forcing the page to scroll to the bottom of the page ot make the ad visible whenever it loads, if I scroll back up, it snaps back down to the bottom of the page and keeps doing so until the ad has run its course. It doesn't happen when any other ad appears in that space. Not sure if it is happening to anyone else.

Same here mrp ... it's happen to me on several of occasions in the past 2-3 weeks and very annoying little ads.
