I have a bunch of these-Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Cthulhu, DC Super-Heroines, a misc. Marvel book, etc.etc. It's a great way to get t see the line art form some classic books without the dreadful coloring that usually obscures it.

I gave them a try by photocopying a couple of pages with my all-in-one inkjet printer. The pages are perforated for removal from the book, but I left them in. I have zero training as an artist, almost zero experience as an artist, and my kids' crayon box to work with. The pages are comic book size, so as you might imagine the edges are a big rough working with crayons. I spent about 20 minutes on each one. The first one is a classic New Mutants cover, their battle with the Hellions two issues before Bill Sienkiewicz replaced Sal Buscema on art duties. I had some recollection of what colors everybody was supposed to be wearing but did not look it up for reference first. Tom Mandrake drew this cover. This one seems to be a pin-up of more recent vintage; I have no idea who the artist is, or what color costumes anybody was wearing at this point, so I just tried to mix it up. I should have colored Cannonball's jet trail orange as I did on the other cover.
