The other cornerstone of a nutritious dinner! Ha. Well done Ms. Quinn. I have my moments! Also, would like to ask: What sort of empanada was it? And, did the wine go well with it? I don't drink, but I get curious about wine, because everyone around me says things like: "Oh, Merlot goes well with that, but never drink it with this." Or, "Have you tried Chardonnay with this, yet? It's the best!" So, I get curious!

They are fab. It was a red wine , I think a merlot. It was good together.

I mean, I'm absolutely sure it won't taste nearly as good as your wife's, but I'll try my best! How is the egg presented in it? Sorry, I don't mean to ask so many questions! And, thanks! So, maybe a Merlot red wine goes good with empanada! Now, I know!

BBQ chicken...anybody want it? Actually wasn't bad since mom gave me the part without BBQ on it. The mashed potatoes were good though! And the collards couldn't fool me! Didn't mistake them for spinach for one second!

I had a pop tart and a Little Debbie cake. I was too lazy to cook. :/ Anytime I'm too lazy to cook I drink beer with all it's nutritious calories and carbohydrates to fill my belly.
