I had chicken wings tonight. I started them in a dry rub of kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, then put them in the oven for 45 minutes at 250 degrees. When they were done in there, I threw them on the grill for about 10 minutes to get a little char on the outside, then tossed them in a garlic parmesan buffalo sauce. Also grilled some corn on the cob tonight.
Tomorrow night I will be making homemade hamburgers, which I will serve on kaiser sandwich buns with melted colby jack cheese, tomatillo salsa, and a little homemade lime crema on top.
