Looks like the Wonder Woman sequel is going to be set in the mid-80s with Gadot returning to play WW, Chris Pine returning as Steve Trevor and Patty Jenkins returning to direct.Cheetah will be the focus villain. Gadot, Jenkins and Pines have hit social media with set photos of the production...    and the log associated with the production...  -M |

I wonder if Lynda Carter will be in this movie? ... She and Patti Jenkins are talking about it and haven't heard anything formulated yet.

Local news has been abuzz with reports about the filming. Lots of sightings of the cast around town. And this photo of Chris Pine... I'm pretty sure I know the exact spot in the mall it was taken. :-)  Today, I drove past the mall where they are filming. From the street I was on you couldn't really tell anything was going on, but others have spotted vintage cars parked in the parking garage. A few days ago there were cranes and tents set up in the parking lot. Security is pretty tight. |

1984 could be his grandson, not great grandson, but yeah. I wonder if they'll do that, or if they'll be a story reason he's still young, or if they'll just ignore it

I just don't get why WW writers keep coming back to Steve Trevor / descendants of Steve Trevor - every version is the dullest character on any earth who isn't Hal Jordan or Barry Allen. I've also never understood why this uber-powerful goddess would be interested in him - it would be like a normal human "dating" a chimp.

I just don't get why WW writers keep coming back to Steve Trevor / descendants of Steve Trevor - every version is the dullest character on any earth who isn't Hal Jordan or Barry Allen. I've also never understood why this uber-powerful goddess would be interested in him - it would be like a normal human "dating" a chimp. I don't know; the Justice League cartoon, in the multi-part The Savage Time, captured him well (voiced by Patrick Duffy) and the wrote the attraction between them quite well. |

They are fan art someone did when when she was announced to be playing Cheetah as a guess what she might look like imposing Cheetah art on a picture of Wiig. The only actual picture of Wiig on set to surface is just her walking on set in civilian clothes. -M |

I'm still mad about it and sorry about my frustrations with the internet today. I'm not sure where you got the pictures, but the article I found them in made it pretty clear these were artist speculation and not actual set photos or effects photos when I read the article itself. They're pretty poor quality photoshop jobs as well, so for me anyways, it was pretty clear what they were even before I read the article. -M |
