I nominate codystarbuck for his Courting Death-Thanos Reviews, from Iron Man to Infinity review thread. Well done, splendid thoughts and study of a character through various connecting series, articulate and funny and concise.

I nominate Grant Morrison's New X-Men, Issue by Issue by rberman. It just makes the time window for the awards as it started in April 18th of this year. I enjoy the analysis that compares it to the previous X-men series and it has a good amount of pictures to enhance the writing.

Changing my choice then to nominate codystarbuck for Eternally Kirby-The King Comes Back to Marvel review.

I am nominating Confessor's Adventures of Tintin review thread. One I applaud going outside the purview of American super-hero comics and touching on a comic that has had worldwide appeal for generations, but that wouldn't matter if the reviews weren't also well-written, insightful, and entertaining in and of themselves, which they are. I like review threads that bring something to the table that I wouldn't have gotten by just reading the works themselves, and this is one those. -M

He hasn't updated it since September, but perhaps if I nominate The Captain for his excellent Captain America thread it will entice him to do more reviews!

Interesting you mention this, as I will probably resume my reviews around the middle of July when I'm back from the beach. I've been looking for some focus lately with what to do with my collection, and I think I am going to use that thread to achieve that goal.

Glad to hear it, I've been a long time lurker on the thread as I don't have many of the issues but the reviews are great.
