I didn't vote for either, so I will break the tie for badwolf, and that classic Spidey gem. Still not clear if it's "someone who did not vote for one of the tied covers" or "someone who cast no vote at all"? It's "someone who has not yet voted at all," kirby. Someone will notice that a tie-breaker is needed. And voters need not have posted a cover, either. Maybe shooting a PM to someone who usually is involved would do the trick? shaxper sometimes enters, for instance. |
