I don't know whether it's true or not ... but the first video is pretty much I've believe it is. The bottom one is more realistic than the 2nd video and I've believe the 2nd video is fake.
I'm sharing this out of curiosity and personally -- I rather wait its hits the TV than going to the theatre -- the theatre these days are too loud for my ears and I don't go to movies anymore.
