^^^ I had that back in the 90s when I was buying all the Toy Biz stuff I could afford as it came out. -M
Yes I loved the show growing up but sadly, the only figure I ever got was from one of the later releases of the series...the Beetle one. I always liked the look of the earlier figures and am hoping to one day assemble many of them. Some of the later series I don't love as much (like the Nick Fury they did or Morbius). Currently I have Shocker, Symbiote Spider-Man, Carnage, Scorpion, Prowler, Green Goblin and Hobgoblin. I want to add Kraven, Venom, Rhino, Kingpin, one of the regular Spideys and Mysterio to the mix one day.

At the time I was collecting the entire Spider-Man and X-Men lines from Toybiz (and what I could get of the general Marvel Heroes line). I even started on the Ghost Rider and Fantastic Four lines, but that was the breaking point for me, and I got out about then. I sold off most (they were loose as I opened and displayed them when I got them) of that stuff before I moved out to Ohio in 2003. The only figure I have form any of the Spidey lines anymore is the Doctor Strange figure they did. -M

Stuff I picked up over the past couple weekends. Some of Wave 2 of LEGO Batman mystery minifigs: I also hit up Target and got some of the Hero World line: Picked up some assorted Bombshells for my lady: Got both Connery and Moore Bonds: Found the Green Arrow/Black Canary two pack I was convinced I’d never find: And finally picked up some clearance Wonder Women dolls for Nicole and a Justice League Action Hawkman for myself:

@strider Who had the Hawkman figure out? I've been keeping an eye out for one in the wild and haven't seen one yet.

@strider Who had the Hawkman figure out? I've been keeping an eye out for one in the wild and haven't seen one yet. -M It was at Wal-Mart today. They made an in-aisle display of various lines of the 12 inch sized figures. They just had Hawkman, Luthor and Plastic Man with a bunch of empty spots.

So, I think my toy collecting has corrupted my wife, but the way of the bargain remains strong in her. She went to Meijer's yesterday and came home with some toys off the clearance display, all were an additional 40% off the markdown price (which was half off or more of the MSRP)... Three of the Titan figures for Avengers which wound up being about $2.50 each... a pair of Lord of the Rings Rock Candy figures (originally about $20 each, she got them for less than $5 each) A Star Wars Micromachines Millennium Falcon playset a pair of Star Wars plushies (including what I can only describe as a Jawa worm...) and a pair of the Playskool Galactic Heroes Star wars figures... I had nothing to do with these actual purchases, I wasn't even at the store with her. -M

Picked up the Walgreen’s Exclusive Lex Luthor from the DC Super Powers micro series for 99 cents: I already had the Batman, Robin and Joker but couldn’t pass up my fave version of Lex on clearance.

The Justice League Flying Fox vehicle has been on clearance for a few weeks at Walmart, so I picked one up today. It's huge; here it is with a 6" figure: IMG_4427 by LOBSTER20000, on Flickr The outside looks pretty cool but the inside is definitely going to need some work.

Brought a couple new Aquaman Pop figures. They are keeping Dredd away from Batman. Those two don't really get along.

Picked up the Nanometal minis set with Canary at Wallyworld today. They also had a new set featuring Darkseid I picked up, and I also found the 12 inch Justice League Action Hawkman fig there too. They also had a Commissioner Gordon figure in the single blister packs for the Nanometals. I also splurged and picked up the Shuri and Vibranium Black Panther figures from the 6 inch Black Panther line as well (not the Legends but a slightly smaller scale action figure more designed for play). and the color Your Own Black Panther coloring book featuring black and white line art form many classic Marvel covers and panels... -M

Picked this up at Wal-Mart, as I couldn’t pass up a Black Canary: I haven't gotten any yet but I always stop to look at them when I am in my local Target store.
