Picked up the Marvel Select Invisible Woman and it really is Fantastic!

So this came in the mail today, very excited!

Wanted Krang's Android Body ever since I read an extensive article about the original glorious lump of plastic from 1991 on Matt of Dinosaur Dracula's original site, X-Entertainment, in my teens

If I had to say anything bad about the figure, it's that Krang's lumpy brain mass just kind of sits in the middle and can't really be pushed down on the little oval that he sits in inside

For Black Friday, Amazon had the Owlbear from the D&D movie line at less than half of MSRP, so we picked it up to go with the Black Dragonand the Gelatinous Cube, both of which we picked up when they were on clearance at Walmart and Meijers. We passed on the character figures (though we picked up the first wave of the animated characters when they were on clearance as well (there on a different shelf in a different room).

The owlbear arrived yesterday, and I put him together and put him on the shelf tonight.

Last arrivals of 2023 Marvel Legends 3.75 inch Ghost Rider and Spider-Man. Shame there is no window box for Ghost Rider because all my other ones are mint-on-card. I'm debating opening it or not. 😅

First delivery of 2024 is this McFarlane Animal Man. Glad to add this Buddy Baker to my collection. I'm missing a few issues from Grant Morrison's run to complete volume 1. My complaints about this (aside from the typical problems with this line; awkward looking wrists, weird butterfly joint rings), the 'A' on his chest sometimes looks bad when broken up like that while posing, but I suppose that's unavoidable with this design. The goggles also don't match this version of the costume and appear later in the series. Don't recall the badger showing up in the books either. Otherwise it's a good looking display piece with awesome box art. If anyone is making custom jackets for this figure online let me know!

Up next Marvel Legends Squadron Supreme Power Princess aka Zarda. (Definitely not Wonder Woman.) Minor complaints about this figure; lack of wrist swivel, or ab crunch, and the platform heel boots are terrible to pose with. Good luck getting her to stand up straight. Otherwise impressive figure.

McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse "Classic" Superman aka Captain Smiley. The only Supes I've picked up from this line. Might need to pick up the Doomsday two pack.
