The mek'leth: Like it's big brother, the bat'leth, it just looks cool. By the way, Rob Allen, according to Wikipedia, the bat'leth and the mek'leth were designed by TNG visual effects producer Dan Curry.

Another favorite of mine was the magic bow that Hank the Ranger had in the D&D cartoon from the 80's... every kid playing D&D wanted a bow like that, where it self-loaded with energy arrows and never missed the target. -M

The trisword, in The Sword and the Sorcerer looked pretty good, though the FX for the film are are kind of weak, thanks to the low budget. The Kurgan's sword, in Highlander, looked suitably nasty and the modern, breakdown version was an interesting touch (though the two blade segments would have resulted in weaker strength to the blade, itself). Ramirez/MacLeod's katana was nice and elegant...

I'm surprised that no one's mentioned Spider-Man's web shooters yet (and especially surprised that I didn't mention them earlier). When it's targeted at J Jonah Jameson it becomes a thing of beauty often serving as it does, as the punchline to Spidey's sense of humour. And I'll also add Jimmy Olsen's signal watch - with a press of a button, Superman shows up at your doorstep.

^^^ Spidey's web-shooters and Jimmy Olsen's signal watch aren't weapons though. They're more like tools.

The blade of Inigo Montoya, the greatest swordsman who ever lived. A shoto lightsaber. Typically used by diminutive Jedi (such as Yoda), it's shorter size made for a good off-hand weapon to develop a dual style saber technique. Stormbreaker
