I thought it might be fun to compile a list of Hulk's names for various other characters after finishing a small stack of '70s Defenders comics (#56-60, never did receive 52-55, going to ask for a refund)... here are a few from those...
Beak-nose = Nighthawk Sword-girl = Valkyrie Magician = Dr. Strange Cape-man = Devil-slayer Cat-girl = Hellcat
Bug-eyes = Spider-Man (as in Marvel Team-Up #54 anyway)
Was it the Hulk who called Captain America Flag-man, or am I confusing him with The Unfragable Krunk commenting on Major Glory of the Justice Friends?
Please add to my miniscule list... I'm sure Hulk had names for lots of others...

Did he always address Rick Jones by his given name?

Nighthawk was also Bird-Nose and Dr Strange was sometimes Smart-Friend Magician.

Did he always address Rick Jones by his given name? I suspect, backstage, it was "Pain-In-My-Tuchus" Rick Jones.

Nighthawk was also Bird-Nose and Dr Strange was sometimes Smart-Friend Magician. You're right, Bird-nose, not Beak-nose... not sure where I came up with that. Sorry Hulk. Flag-head = Yondu (of the Guardians Of the Galaxy)

Did he always address Rick Jones by his given name? For the most part, yes, but in the early days, he occasionally called him 'Boy'.

'Cape Man' and 'Pointy Ears', for the biggest guns of the 'Distinguished Competition'. Spider-Man was 'Bug Man' and 'Bug Face', as well as 'Bug Eyes'. Hulk addressed Luke Cage as 'Black Man' the first time they met, in 'The Defenders'...which was quickly fogotten, and he was allowed to remember the name 'Cage'. Luke's pal was 'Fist-Man'. The Thing was also called by that name, and also 'Rock Man'. Namor was 'Fish Man'.

In a crossover with Superman -- Hulk said Cape-man, here's proof. Said it in the panel of Hulk's fist hitting Superman in the middle - right side.

"Stupid Cape-man!" I like how Hulk thinks everything and everyone is stupid most of the time, because don't we all feel that deep down ourselves? Hostess Fruit Pies though are never stupid!

Dr. Strange is just "Magician?" More like "Dumb Magician" if I'm remembering correctly. (...) Hostess Fruit Pies though are never stupid! (...) Neither are beans. Hulk loved him some beans back in the day...

Hostess Bean Pies seems like a missed opportunity.

Hostess Bean Pies seems like a missed opportunity. I take it those would be the ones in the tie-dye packaging?

Hostess Bean Pies seems like a missed opportunity. But they've been with us the whole time, they're just called Taco Bell Bean Burritos.
