I cannot choose one to vote. I am paralyzed by the number of incredible choices, a cornucopia of Kubert goodness I unleashed with the topic. I collect Kubert covers so it is like trying to choose a favorite favorite, which I am realizing is not really possible for me, so as the contest topic chooser, I am going to hold off and not vote unless there is a tie (then I will reluctantly break the tie as I might be able to pick between two Kubert greats but not form among so many of them.

An even more impossible choice than usual.
I love mecha's for lots of reasons, but also because it's modeled on the approach to the Lincoln Tunnel in Weehawken, NJ.
mrp's is one of my all-time favorite covers.
Virtually every other cover should win as well.
But I'm going with outsider. A great, great comic book cover, of course, but a superb, affecting work of art even without that context.

great covers all and let's give a hearty cheer for the mastery of Joe Kubert's art one last time.
