Neal Adams - Anyone (except Spider-Man), because he's that much of a master. Traditional ink work and paintings.
John Romita, Sr. - At the height of his powers: the world of his 60s / 70s Spider-Man...and after that, some "Marvel Universe" project as he was brilliant at illustrating every Marvel character.
Al Wiiliamson - sci-fi free for all including Flash Gordon, Star Wars, and his EC work.
Alex Ross - Silver Age DC and Marvel. No need for explanation.
Fernando Fernandez - Like his Dracula adaptation, I would have him move from novels to film to adapt Universal and Hammer's greatest horror films.
EDIT:
Dave Cockrum - Legion of Superheroes. He's the far and away greatest Legion artist, and I would have loved to have him create a vintage Legion action/sci-fi scene.
George Perez - Not going with the typical Titans work he's probably asked about with no end (although its fantastic), my request would be is revisiting his Logan's Run adaptation, and going wild with some poster capturing the greatest moments of that film.

Mark Bagley: Venom seated at a dinner table, genteelly eating monkey brains while Willie Scott (from Temple of Doom) looks on with utter disgust. I love this idea. :-) Bernie Wrightson -- a panoramic of the Universal Monsters leaving the setting to him Killian Plunkett -- a Alien warrior on a date with a Alien queen, and leave the setting and stuff up to his imagination Terry & Rachel Dodson -- a portrait of my wife with Angel (David Boreanaz, I've already had Joe Eisma do one, but hey she likes Angel) Nester Redondo -- the cast of the Age of Apocalypse X-Men Walt Simonson -- Thor, Beta Ray Bill, Balder, Sif, and the whole crew having beers together

1. Steve Ditko doing Spider-Man characters who debuted during the Romita era and after. Let's go with Spider-Man and The Punisher facing off against a Sinister Six assortment of The Rhino, Kingpin, Hobgoblin, The Shocker, Hammerhead, and Tombstone.
2. Dick Sprang doing Superman facing off against Luthor, Braniac, Mxyzptlk, Bizarro, Parasite, and The Atomic Skull.
3. Ben Edlund on Judge Dredd.
4. Jack Cole doing Batman and Robin vs. The Joker.
5. Curt Swan doing one of those Silver Age Superman Family portraits but using only characters from The Tick.

In a "money is no object" scenario, I think I'd always pick a published or commercial piece.
That said, I wouldn't mind a Jack Davis Frankenstein.

Sal Buscema - Captain America and Falcon vs Captain America and Bucky (the dirty rotten 50s mind-rotted commie hunting backstabbers)
Alex Toth - any dang thing he wanted
Gil Kane - any dang...nah just kidding, its gotta be Green Lantern in flight, the classic shot with one knee down, fist extended.
Curt Swan (but only with George Klein) - Superbaby creating havoc
Tim Truman - Grimjack baby ... ok, fighting back to back with Scout.

Steve Ditko - Laying down that Ditko funk with some supernatural characters he never drew before like The Demon, Dr Fate, the Spectre, Swamp Thing, Ghost, Dr Mirage, Punk Mambo, Madame Xanadu, Zatanna, Constantine … Just want to interject and point out in case you missed it that Steve Ditko did draw The Spectre for a Legends of the DC Universe 80 Page Giant in 1998. I feel that his work was overwhelmed by Kevin Nowlan's inks (though it could be that Ditko drew loosely enough that this was necessary) but it is out there. He also drew The Demon for Detective Comics 483-485.

Really tough question, don't think I can narrow it down to just 5, so I'll just throw out a few random ones:
Marie & John Severin - Kull
Frank Brunner - - something with Doctor Strange, Clea, and Dormammu - Howard the Duck, Man-Thing, Jennifer Kale, Korrek, Thog
Gene Colan - - Strange again, but this time with Eternity; maybe even Eternity without Strange, though you might need something to show the scale - Dracula, have to think about the setting; probably a creepy old mansion with lightning, etc in the background
shoot, that's five already, so I'll stop there for now. I have lots more, though

I've got all those issues but my collection isn't sorted yet. Haven't looked at those issues in years.
