I'm bowing out writing any more reviews because I'm tired of playing catch up and I'm very embarrassed about not keeping track of the Terrifics and ashamed of it. So, sorry about that and I need to do this for my sanity.

I know you've been reading The Terrifics and Hawkman, as have I.
Those are the two titles I've been reading besides Doomsday Clock and Fantastic Four.
I'm going to support the Defenders' individual one-shots and hopefully an old school Defenders title will come out. I could really get behind that.

The Lone Ranger #1.
Written by Mark Russell. Art by Bob Q. Cover by John Cassaday.
Vol III of Dynamite Comics Lone Ranger.
I wasn't sure how Russell would write a series like the Lone Ranger. His first issue was pretty good. He balances the politics, the characters and the action well. Basically a corrupt senator is using barbed wire to "shrink" people's property lines. And the ranchers don't like it. It looks like Texas may have a war break out over this issue. The Lone Ranger becomes involved and seeks out an old friend (Tonto) to help him.
I have never seen Bob Q's art before. It is a detailed cartoony style. And while it is good I'm a bit puzzled why Dynamite used him for this series. For a western series I would have picked a more "gritty" style.
General comment about Dynamite. They seem to be improving somewhat. Instead of from jumping from license to license, they have been trying new things with the licensed properties they have. And my interest in their titles has picked up as a result.
7/10.

Tony Stark: Iron Man #4.Written by Dan Slott. Art by Valerio Schiti. Janet Van Dyne joins the cast of this title as Tony's love interest. Meanwhile a new dating app causes chaos at Stark Industries. Slott has great ideas for this title. I love Tony's characterization. I love Tony's supporting cast. But something "feels off". To me it feels like Slott is trying too hard to make this a "fun" title and it comes off as too cartoony. I think the title can have some serious stuff in it without it feeling like an old Saturday morning cartoon. The art is decent. However this title is getting near to being removed from my pull list. 5/10.

Adventures of the Super Sons #3.Written by Peter J. Tomasi. Art by Carlo Barberi and Art Thibert. Superboy & Robin continue their fight with the Gang. The Gang is teen aliens mimicking Earth super villains. Superboy is split into Superboy Red & Superboy Blue after exposure to Red K. The brawl continues and it looks like the Gang is winning until the Super Sons are rescued by Space Cabby? Space CabbieAnother fun issue. Nice to see Jon since he is absent in the Superman titles. Barberi's style fits this story well. 8/10.
