Flash Comics #1, as I am a fan of Hawkman. Bone #1 or Fantasy Quarterly #1 -M Fantasy Quarterly #1... As much as I enjoyed reading Bone, the Pinis created one of the best comics of the late 70s/early 80s.

Batman # 181. I keep looking at the choices as which one is more valuable. Others have answered with the intention to read them.

Lois Lane #70. Unless I've been given incorrect information, I'm told Superman defeats the Penguin - very, very easily - in that issue.
I'd quite like to see that (Google images has never helped me find that panel).
I would imagine it was fun looking at Supes defeating the Penguin.

Batman 181. One's a first appearance; the other's a first appearance in a while. Batman 181 is a major title; Lois Lane is an ancillary one. Batman 181 has Poison Ivy acting like Poison Ivy; Lois Lane 71 has Catwoman performing magic and turning Superman into a cat. As an offbeat tale it has value, but Batman 181 feels like part of the Batman mythology whereas Lois Lane 71 feels sort of like Assistant Editor's Month at DC. Batman 357 First Jason Todd vs. Omega Men 3 First Lobo

This could start getting painful as there are comics I used to have and let go for a lot less than they are valued at now... Batman #181 & 357, Omega Men #3. I knew Hulk #180 had value back when I sold it at the time at least. I kind of just want the issues and titles I want and not really others even if they were really pricey (other than theoretically, sure, but just to sell).
I never had Giant-Sized X-Men #1 but I remember a newish shop had one on it's wall in around FN-VF for $50. This was awhile back as you can imagine. I said I would like to buy it and the guy takes it down and pulls the $50 off and puts $70 on! That made me so angry I never went there again and it failed before long anyway. I had enough on me to pay $50 but not enough for $70, but just on principle I wouldn't have paid that. I had a very nice #94 then to go with it. I think that's the only one I ever ran across in-person that I considered buying, or actually had bought I felt.

Let's make one where value won't come into play... NFL Superpro Special #1... or Naive Inter-Dimensional Commando Koalas #1 -M

I'd have to go for football playing super-koalas combined (especially if it was Aussie rules football), that would be like getting the chocolate in the peanut-butter or vice-versa! But separately, um.... not so much. Neither.

Would you rather... Star Wars #8, the first appearance of Jaxxon, the green space-bunny... Or New Teen Titans #16, first appearance of Captain Carrot...

Um, I'm gonna hold out for a mash-up of that one too (or neither). Actually I guess I've had both of those at one time, and I'd trade them both to get back Marvel Tails #1 featuring Peter Porker as Spider-Ham.

As for GS X-Men 1 or Walking Dead, I wouldn't keep either, so I would be purely a mercenary decision as to which I could flip to get more to use to get stuff I actually want. I think GS 1 will hold it's value longer, so I would likely go in that direction. -M In one of the very few times I have ever done this kinda thing, I sold Walking Dead #1 (I apparently had bought it off the rack the week it came out and forgotten about it) for about $1000 on ebay a few years ago. While if you have a high grade cgc it now can range up to 4-5k... seems like un-cgc'ed that's still about the price.. I'd take X-Men in a heartbeat. Also, I'd LOVE MMC #9 and Fantasy Quarterly.... my Elfquest is the Marvel Epic reprints. The others don't really stike my fancy either way

Batman #181 .... I think I's find Poison Ivy's first appearance far more interesting than Catwoman.
Batman #357. I already have Lobo's first apperance and I don't have any Jason Todd stuff other than what Starlin did.
Koalas ... football does not interest me
Star Wars #8 for the first apperance of Bucky O' .... I mean Jaxxon since I don't know nothing about the character.

I already have Lois Lane #70, and I got rid of my Batman #181 a long time ago, so I think that answers that.
Batman #357, Lobo sucks. I used to have Omega Men #3 and dumped it.
I already have almost a complete run of NFL SuperPro, so that answers that as well!
I'd pick NTT #16 as I haven't read it yet, but have already read Star Wars #8.
