BC articleFive issue mini coming in July by Lemire & Michael Walsh. I am not quite sure how I feel about this. I am usually not a fan of gratuitous company cross-overs because the story never seems to live up to the hype and almost seems secondary to the "kewl factor" of crossing over the properties, but Lemire usually delivers and he is a huge fan of DC and the League, so this could be good. I'm a little behind in reading Black Hammer though I have picked it all up as it came/comes out. I will likely pick this up, at least the first issue to see how it is before deciding, but I am still somewhat on the fence. -M

Cross overs usually aren't that great but I love Lemire so I'll give it a try.

I've pretty much loved everything Black Hammer. That said, I'm not sure I'm at all interested in this. I haven't read a Justice League comic in close to 20 years. I dunno. Seems like something I'll look for a cheap trade if the reviews are good.

I hear ya Sam. The League hasn't been good since Morrison IMO, but, loves me some Black Hammer so definitely down with this.

I read the wiki description of Black Hammer and it didn't really grab me. What do you guys like about it?

I read the wiki description of Black Hammer and it didn't really grab me. What do you guys like about it? It has truly amazingly well done characters that are fun to explore. That they are superheroes stuck hiding in a suburban mystery is fun but largely beside the point.
