Five issue mini coming in July by Lemire & Michael Walsh.
I am not quite sure how I feel about this. I am usually not a fan of gratuitous company cross-overs because the story never seems to live up to the hype and almost seems secondary to the "kewl factor" of crossing over the properties, but Lemire usually delivers and he is a huge fan of DC and the League, so this could be good. I'm a little behind in reading Black Hammer though I have picked it all up as it came/comes out. I will likely pick this up, at least the first issue to see how it is before deciding, but I am still somewhat on the fence.
