Ragman never gets the love he deserves. I enjoyed that concept and short series so I will give him some love here. Plus cannot go wrong with a Kubert cover.

hondobrode for the Everett Raymond Kinstler cover. Ray went on to become a major international portrait artist. And still painting at 92. I know him personally, wonderful artist with a big personality. everettraymondkinstler.com/wordpress/

Mr. Spaceman 's Flash Comics cover has an appealing charm for me, and gets my vote.

MDG. A close second was chris. I think Bob Osknor did the cover. GCD previously credited the cover to Bob Oksner (I always thought his surname was spelled Oskner - maybe I'm a little dyslexic), but have changed this to Mort Drucker.

Wow the great Mort Drucker did a comic book cover. Did he do any others ? Oh, God, yes! Check him out on the GCD, icc. He did a batch of Bob Hope covers that are great! Did many more actual stories, including Mlle. Marie in Star-Spangled War Stories.
Of course, if you see those stories after you've known him for his MAD parodies, it can be tough to take him seriously. But I love those MM stories in particular. Drucker was a great draftsman and storyteller, and, it goes without saying, a master of facial expression.
