This might be a bit Marvel top heavy at this point. They were masters of the showdown.

One fight = one rumble. You can have 500 characters in one fight. However, in my Avengers vs. Defenders example, that was a series of one-on-one fights shown in parallel. That would be multiple "rumbles". OK. So, for instance, "X-Men vs Shi'ar Imperial Guard in #137" would be multiple rumbles in their own scenes spread out over the Blue Area. And one of those rumbles would be "Colossus and Gladiator duke it out until a ruin falls on them." You've got it! |

I understand the rules and will participate.
I just hope I can find images for some of them. I've lost a lot over time so don't always have things to hand to scan. And Google Images can be most unhelpful at times.
But I'm gonna play the game!

Going with MY PERSONAL BEST means most likely NONE of the fights I choose are actually in a top 100 list for most folks. I don't care though, just because I like to be different and doing the unexpected.  |

I don't care though, just because I like to be different and doing the unexpected. That's the attitude! Honestly, if we come up with a hundred-way tie for first place, but we get some AMAZING sharing in the process, I'll be totally happy with the results. |

This has been interesting, as it makes me think about what I like in fight scenes, and what I find memorable and compelling. I only have a couple choices so far, but it's been an interesting exercise!

I find it amazing , and slightly impossible, that the members of this forum have a hard time picking 10 awesome fights. You probably have 50 in the Spider-man title alone.

Yes, it will be interesting to see how many duplicate picks there are at all, since most issues of most action comics have at least one fight. |

Yes, there could be quite a lot of duplicating if many go for the "big name" fights. This is why I am looking to make it "personal" with some rumbles I am fairly confident most won't be naming. And it will be fairly Marvel heavy as that is what I grew up reading the most of.
