I don't know about you guys, but I am seeing a massive amount of political ads on the site tonight catering to the worst right wing conspiracy theories. I have registered complaints with both proboards and the advertising group that provides the advertisements and hope we will see something done about it. No one needs to be bombarded with deliberate misinformation campaigns while trying to enjoy themselves here.

I had a few a couple days back. I reported them and didn’t see any more. But I was very close to ad-blocking.

I just saw one a second ago showing a video clip to end the Democratic Party and it came on fast and I also need a refresher course of how to report it ... just like mrp said it a second ago.

Never mind, found it. The blue color of the print blended into the background of the page.
There's a link at the bottom of the page under the text line that says "This forum is hosted for free" Just use the right click to highlight it and the text will be readable.

Never mind, found it. The blue color of the print blended into the background of the page. Yup. It's never really been an issue before, but I am now looking for a way to change the color of those links without changing the look of the rest of the site. It's simple to do if you have full access to the code, but proboards controls that portion of the page. |
