I’ll take a crack at the beginning section first.
1.) Crusher Von Haig 2.) Not sure 3.) The Road Warriors, Jake Roberts, Matt Borne, Arn Anderson, The Spoiler, King Kong Bundy, Adrian Street, The Iron Sheik, original Sheik (I feel I’m missing one) 4.) Assuming I have the right championship in mind, Genichiro Tenryu and Jumbo Tsuruta 5.) Not sure 6.) Not sure
I know one could Google these answers, but where is the fun in that (I went to a pub quiz once where most were getting their phones out)
I can’t think of the promotion Hawk was in prior to Georgia. I could guess who gave them their first loss, but it would only be a guess. Can’t really think of an answer for the sixth one.
If you’d like to give me the answers, please, I’ll try the subsequent categories. And please feel free to add any historical context.
Incidentally, didn’t Animal (on a WWE DVD) confirm that the original Legion of Doom were inspired by the Super Friends villains?

The long defunct and forgotten Vancouver territory was where the future Hawk worked the Crusher von Haig gimmick

Yup, Hawk wrestled in Vancourver's All-Star Wrestling (promoted by Al Tomko), while Animal debuted, as The Road Warrior, in Georgia Championship Wrestling. Animal was about to be let go, when the subject of Hawk came up and it led to them teaming, as the plural Road Warriors.
I'll post the answers, though a couple could have alternates.
1. Crusher Von Haig 2. All-Star Wrestling, in Vancouver, BC 3. The Legion of Doom was Paul Ellering's stable. It consisted of The Road Warriors, King Kong Bundy, The Spoiler (Don Jardine) and Jake "The Snake" Roberts. Arn Anderson & Matt Borne were managed by Ellering, before the Road Warriors, but were called Destruction, Incorporated, by Ellering. It was Matt Borne's firing that led to the creation of the Road Warriors, as Ole needed a new hell tag team. Ellering also managed the Iron Sheik, before the Road Warriors, but he was gone from the promotion by the time of the LOD. The Sheik would have been in conjunction with the Iron Sheik, before the LOD. Adrian Street was never a member of the LOD and only wrestled a couple of matches for GCW.
4. The Road Warriors defeated no one to become the National Tag Team Champions. the titles had last been held by the Wild Samoans, Afa & Sika, who left the territory in January 1983, for the WWF. The titles had been vacant when Arn Anderson and Matt Borne were teamed, with an eye to making them the champions, in a fictious tournament, which was talked about on tv, with supposed Eastern and western divisions holding qualifying matches, until the Eastern and Western champions were crowned, who would then face each other in the finals, to become the new National champions. When Borne was fired, Ole needed a new team and Hawk was brought in to team with Animal and they were introduced as the champions.
5. After mauling opponent after opponent, of DQ finishes, the Road Warrior suffered their first loss and title defeat to Buzz and Brett Wayne Sawyer. They reclaimed the titles (backstage) after Buzz was fired from GCW. 6. According to a few promos from Hawk, there are two kinds of people: Clamheads, and Neo-Maxi Zoom Dweebies. 7 & 8.The Road Warriors laid a beating on Curt Hennig (wo was trapped in the ropes), in a match against Curt and his father, Larry "The Axe" Hennig, at the Hammond Civic Center, in Hammond, IN....touching off a riot that saw the Road Warriors fight through the crowd to get back to the locker room. 9. The Roadies defeated Baron Von Raschke and The Crusher to become AWA World Tag Team Champions. It was a major shot in the arm to attendances in the AWA, after the departures of Hulk Hogan, Bobby Heenan, Dr D Dave Schultz and Jim Brunzell. 10. Their most popular rival for the titles were The Fabulous Ones, Steve Keirn and Stan Lane. 11. During their time in the AWA, in conjunction with the Pro Wrestling USA joint shows, they faced the NWA World tag Team Champions, The Russians, Ivan & Nikita Koloff, in a series of matches. 12 & 13. The Freebirds interfered in a title match, against Gorgeous Jimmie Garvin and Steve "Mr Electricity" Regal (the Indiana wrestler, not Darren Matthews), costing the Road Warriors the titles. The Roadies then went to work for Jim Crockett Promotions, after a tour of Japan (I believe)
14. The Road Warriors squashed Killer Khan and Animal Haguchi in their All-Japan debut, in 4 minutes. It had a major impact and they were soon wrestling at the top of the card. 15. On March 27, 1987, they won the NWA International tag Team Championship, defeating Jumbo Tsuruta and Genichiro Tenryu. 16 & 17. The Roadies lost the belts to Jumbo Tsuruta and Yoshiaki Yatsu, who held the PWF Tag team Championship, unifying the two titles. After that, the titles were defended as a single entity. There were no more defenses of just the International titles. 18 & 19. Hawk's other main tag partner, in Japan, was Kensuke sasaki, as the Power Warrior, in The Hellraisers, in New Japan. Animal was "retired" after a back injury, collecting a Lloyds of London insurance payout.
20. The Road Warriors won the inaugural Jim Crockett Senior Memorial Cup Tag Team Tournament, defeating Ron Garvin & Magnum TA. 21. The Roadies battled The Russians, Ivan & Nikita Koloff, during the GAB 1986 tour. 22. Starrcade 1986 was billed as the Night of the Skywalkers, due to the scaffold match, between the Road Warriors and The Midnight Express. Jim Cornette was chased onto the scaffold by Paul Ellering, dropped off and blew out his knee, when Big Bubba Rogers missed catching him. 23. Their first title, for crockett, was the NWA World 6-Man Tag Team Championship, with Dusty Rhodes. Later, Tenryu replaced Dusty in their team. 24 & 25. The first war Games match featured the Roadies, Paul Ellering, nikita Koloff and dusty Rhodes against the Four Horsemen and JJ Dillon. The Horsemen were Flair, Tully, Arn and Luger, at this point. 26. The Road warriors turned heel by attacking Dusty and jamming one of the metal spikes from their shoulder pads, into Dusty's eye, which drew tons of heat from Turner Broadcasting. This led to Dusty being fired, after Starrcade 1988
27. Paul Ellering was stuck with a stupid ventriloquist dummy, Rocco, in the WWF. 28. Sunny managed the LOD 2000 Team 29. Darren Drozdov was added to the team, as Puke, due to Hawk's substance problems and to gain experience. 30. In the Titantron angle, a board was dropped behind a curtain, to simulate Hawk falling off, though the board was partially visible. 31. The Road warriors' shoulder pads had plastic spikes in the WWF, instead of the metal ones they had in Crockett and the leather vests they wore before that. They got even worse gear (in my opinion) as LOD 2000, which included hockey masks and only spikes on one side (with Hawk's on the opposite side of Animal's)
a). Hawk got into a backstage fight with Macho Man Randy Savage and then again at a Kid Rock Concert. b). Animal's brothers were Johnny Ace (John "Defendant" Laurinaitis) and The Terminator (Marc Laurinaitis, aka Fury, of the Wrecking Crew. All three brothers teamed in Japan, in at least one match. c). Hawk once dated Missy Hyatt, according to her memoir (which included a photo of them together, from that time). d). Hawk and Animal owned about 25% of the clothing manufacturer Zubaz, which briefly spawned a fashion fad and had an NFL license to produce gear with team colors and logos. The pants were comfortable as hell, too. e). Paul Ellering has competed in the Iditarod endurance dog sled race. f). Mike Hegstrand and Joe Laurinaitis were bouncers at Gramma B's, in Minneapolis, MN. Rick Rood and Barry Darsow were also bouncers there. g). The guys were trained by Ed Sharkey. he also trained Rood and Darsow, Nikita Koloff, John Nord, Mike Enos & Wayne Bloom, Tom Zenk and Madusa Miceli, among others. h). The only member of the team to hold a singles title was Hawk, who held the Catch wrestling Association World Heavyweight Championship, defeating Rambo (Luc Poirier), December 19, 1992, in Bremen, Germany. i). The Road Warriors were the only team in pro wrestling to hold the NWA, AWA and WWF World Tag Team titles. j). Animal teamed with John Heidenreich, after Hawk's death, in the WWE, until he was released, in January 2006. k). Ole Anderson dubbed Animal The Road Warrior (singular) after watching the Mel Gibson film (aka Mad max 2: The Road Warrior). When Hawk was brought in, they were dubbed The Road Warriors (plural). Originally, Animal wore denim jean shorts and a chambray shirt, as well as a motorcycle hat and gloves. When the Roadies debuted, they wore motorcycle caps, leather jackets and biker chaps, with black wrestling tights and boots. They then created the haircuts, then added the facepaint and the leather vests, before upgrading to the spiked shoulderpads, like in the film (Wez's gear, mainly)
I almost added who gave them a lesson in respect, in a match, which was Larry "The Axe" Hennig & Crusher Jerry Blackwell, who delivered a few "receipts," after the Roadies stiffed some people and refused to sell. they made the pair sell and, after that, they learned to give more, during the match. Another potential was why did they fire Paul Ellering, in 1983, though it was such a brief incident I didn't think it warranted inclusion. they fired him on tv, saying they didn't need a manager, but were back to working with him in a few weeks. Another possible question was what newspaper did Ellering carry to the ring and in promos, which was The Wall Street Journal. Ellering was a legit investor and helped the Roadies invest their money (what Hawk didn't snort away). Another potential was name the pasty white enhancement team that the Road Warriors would thrash in under a minute. That had multiple potential answers, as a lot of Georgia enhancement talent were white as fish and lost within a minute; but the answer I had in mind was The Mulkey Brothers. They used to flip ass-over-tea kettle for the Roadies, which is why they wrestled them so much, for Crockett tv. Neither Mulkey had a muscle on their body and they were practically albinos. Great workers, though.

Thirty five years ago today, Clash of the Champions IX aired on TBS, taking place in the Houston Field House, Troy, New York.
This was the card:
The Fabulous Freebirds vs. The Road Warriors Doom vs. Eddie Gilbert & Tommy Rich The Midnight Express vs. The Dynamic Dudes Steve Williams vs. Super Destroyer The Steiners vs. The Skyscrapers NWA U.S. Champion Lex Luger vs. Brian Pillman Ric Flair vs. Terry Funk (“I Quit” match)
I do remember some of the bouts, the Luger/Pillman one in particular was fun (those two had good chemistry).
