While I will be out roaming the streets WITH children trying to get candy thrown at them. I'll tell them banana flavored candy is Daffy Duck's favorite candy, and then they'll ask at every house for banana flavored candy. I'll ask for Werthers cause they're yummy. Please tell your children that Daffy Duck says you hate them. Lol ... they probably wouldn't eat it. I on the other hand like banana Laffy Taffy. Oh, and I am sure they won't eat the sour apple Jolly Ranchers if they get any. Those are tasty too.

Congrats? -M I hope. He's a small 4-month-old solid gray boy I've named Winston (for no particular reason; the name just came to me Wednesday morning) while he was sleeping beside me. Very sweet, somewhat shy; the others are not being as welcoming, so far, as they were with Dexter some 6 weeks back. I guess the age difference (at the time, Dexter was about 4 weeks) is a factor. Of course, I've long maintained that cats are by definition crazy, so who knows? Basically, he was one of 10 cats owned by the neighbor of one of my local FB friends. She moved away & left 4 of them behind (unimaginable to me, of course). My friend has been feeding him on her porch, but he's so sweet & friendly that she figured he could use a home if I was up to adding another to the menagerie. Like I could say "no" ... Pic to come. I've been lazy with the camera (& was ill & off work Wednesday). I know how he feels. ;-)

Yes, there are 7 of us now. Every time we add one, our daddy gets even more stupid.
It's incredible.
Also, we want food.
Now.

*shudders* My hair. I used to love mayonnaise. Hated having sandwhiches without it. But once, and I'm sorry, but once my sisters and brother and I (I have five sisters and a brother) caught...head lice. And, my maw maw heard that if you cover the child's head in mayonnaise and Saran Wrap for an hour, it'll kill them. And, I hate slimy stuff to the point of pure revulsion and I had to sit there for an hour shuddering at the feeling and smelling the mayonnaise and feeling nauseous and it took me five years before I could be around the condiment without feeling ill. And so, to this day I hardly eat mayonnaise. I have to open the container and sniff before I know if I'll be able to stomach it. And that's my traumatic mayonnaise story. OK, well, that would certainly do it. I've never heard of that particular treatment, but I suppose the goal is to suffocate them. I'm truly sorry you had to go through both, because it sounds like the cure was almost as bad as the problem. I hope it at least worked. And remember, you'll always have mustard. Indeed! I can't figure out why my siblings weren't as affected by it. I think it's because they were younger and able to bounce back unlike me. I'm the oldest. And, you know, that would make sense. I'd suffocate in a place like that. And, thanks, I wish I hadn't, too, and I THINK it did. But, I eneded up having to get that medical stuff...the stuff in the glass bottle from the doctor? Forget what it's called. And, I don't like mustard, either!

Oh, that's awful! I'd be traumatized too! Thanks, for sharing. I know it probably wasn't easy. But, I can say me too on the x-ray things. They have to trim mine down and click the picture quick. I'm terrified of dentists and they usually have to take special care while I'm there. I hate that tongue depressor thing too. I'm sorry this happened and happens to you! Yeah, throwing up something usually keeps me away from the same thing again (well except alcohol, I guess). Also hair in my food at a resturant usually keeps me from returning. It's not being understanding that mistakes happen, but more the embarrassment of if I missed it and yarf all over the table in public, as hair works that quick on me. Thankfully the last time I went to the dentist the gal taking the x-rays was very understanding and patient. Though I imagine most people are when threatening with another person's stomach contents spewed on them. It keeps me away, too! Sometimes...I can't help but eat chocolate even when sick. NO! YOU CAN'T TAKE AWAY MY CHOCOLATE! lol And, I can totally understand that! It's good that you know what to watch for! I'm glad they were patient and understanding. I don't like it when they're not, personally. I expect no one would, though. And, yeah, I expect they would be under that threat!

Not the kind of thing I'd pay attention to, but don't some people advocate using mayo on one's hair for purposes of ... I dunno ... luster or bounce or body or whatever? I could be dead wrong about that. Edit: Nope, I'm not. You mean they...do that...on PURPOSE!? Well... I certainly didn't feel pretty before, during, nor after this treatment. I don't think I could take that. I'll stick with my hair as is! BUT, it is interesting. Thanks for sharing!

Whaaaat!! No mustard? There's so many delicious mustards. Especially German varieties. Except honey mustard, that's as evil as sweet relish and bread & butter pickles are to the name relish and pickles.

I like a few sweets but not very often. My wife will make me a red velvet cake which I fancy once and a while. I usually eat the cake with not frosting. It's too sweet with it. I like the orange hostess cup cakes once and a while too. I've never really had a palate for sweets. I prefer spicy, sour and bitter. Maybe that's my personality reflected. : -)

But, wait...there's more than one mustard?! Sorry, that sounds dumb of me. I never looked into it, because i don't like the type me have here as is. Now, I gotta go check this out! And ew to those...the Sweet Relish and Bread and Butter Pickles...YUCK. I like Dill...But, there's another type of relish? What is wrong with me?! My godfather is a chef, I went to culinary school...How do I not know all this?!

I'm just odd...lol I get the frosting my sister doesn't eat. And, red velvet cake...just...yum! The cupcakes too! I gotta go bake a cake now. lol You don't come off as spicy, bitter, or sour to me! But, we all see things differently than others. My friends (they're joking like always) can't understand why I have such a affinity for sweets, when I'm bitter and angry all the time.
