Thanks to my father in law's wife both my boys come back from Christmas with a taste for coffee with sugar and heavy whooping cream. Ick. What revolting idea-r as Bugs would say. It's like a hot sweet milkshake. Now that they have a taste for it, try to keep them away from Starbucks. You'll go broke in no time.

I already paid more for a quart of heavy whipping cream than I did the container of Folgers coffee.

Light roast, black, from the CoGo's convenience store by my house. Folger's, also black, at home. The stuff from the cafeteria at work tastes like mud, but it gets the job done if I'm desperate enough. I can take or leave bananas.

I heard a comedian in reference to the types of stuff Starbucks sells, say coffee is a tool not a toy.
For me as long as I have a couple spoonfuls of sugar any brand coffee is the right tool for the job.

Further proof that nothing good ever comes out of a VW Micro Bus. Except Scooby Doo & Co.

Looks like the ABL has been byusy recently with their nefarious plans... banana extinction possibleI mean not liking a fruit is one thing, wiping them out form existence and causing catastrophic consequences to ecosystmes and the food chain is quite another. Bad ABL. Bad! -M

This is not the first time we will have lost a species of banana as the main cash banana. The death of the Gros Michel did not stop the banana. The death of the Cavendish won't either.

I knew of the previous extinction, and though there was a new species to replace it eventually, it did cause some drastic hardships inthe short term. There will be a transition certainly, but it won't be without hardship. -M

I get cravings for Folgers Classic Roast but I cannot drink it without evaporated milk.
My coffee must be creamy...

Bad ABL. Bad! -M As spokesman and founder of the ABL (Anti Banana League for any new folks), our official position is that we did nothing to cause or hasten the looming extinction of the current most popular species of banana. While we won't shed a tear at its passing, we wish no harm to the growers affected by this treacherous non-fruit herb, and hope that should this come to fruition that they can find a non-evil crop to sustain them.
On a personal note: Mwah-hah-hah. [end evil laugh]

Translation: -M Could be worse. At least I'm not proposing a banana-proof wall to be erected on the US borders, which we'll force the banana growers to pay for. That would be just crazy.
