That video reminds me of the fact that I like Superman a lot (he's my favourite superhero), and I am dismayed that we're now in 2020 - and it's been seven years since he had a solo movie. With no solo sequel in sight. I'm one of 10 people on Earth who likes Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice. So I'm grateful for that. And Justice League. But let's have a Superman solo sequel - and one that does not feature Lex Luthor. I want Silver Banshee, Metallo, Titano, Parasite or Toyman in the film. No trunks, no sale.

I liked Batman vs Superman and Justice League. Sure there was some problems but I don't get the hate directed at those movies. Some wanted the DCEU in the silly-assed, bloated MCU trappings, and ranted when that did not happen. They did? What kind of things did they want? Is Batman VS Superman perfect? No. It has flaws. And plot holes (like any movie, even a favourite of mine such as Back To The Future has plot holes). Doomsday is rather generic in it. Considering how effective Doomsday looked in Smallville, generic big alien was disappointing. Also, not sure about Lex Luthor. Reminded me of these trendy millennial CEOs that don't wear ties, but wear flip-flops. I much prefer serious businessman Lex Luthor. Eisenberg's Luthor was unrecognisable to me. Gene Hackman and John Shea brought very different interpretations to the character, but they still felt like Luthor to me. However, there was so much in the movie that I did enjoy, so much which made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, especially when Superman threw that punch that Batman blocked. The memorable scenes in the movie far outweigh the flaws I've mentioned. Yes, it's all subjective, but I never understood the hate. I know the film tried to be a lot of things (a Superman sequel, a Batman film, a JLA prequel). There are things I'd have changed. But I thought it was a very good movie.

Wait...people drink Fosters? Well, one person in the UK does. Me! It's palatable and very light to drink. Something like Guinness is nice, but it leaves you feeling very bloated. Foster's is like a stronger version of shandy. (Is shandy a thing in the US?).My job does not allow me to drink often, but when I do, it's usually Fosters. For people who like Foster's, maybe.
