Gail Simone oddly wrote a comic book about horrible Canadian pop starlet Avril Lavigne.

Neal Adams did a ton of celeb covers, like this one...

Cool. But, if we're talking about Neal Adams celebrity covers, ladies and gentlemen I implore you:

Phil, Yeah..a bit on the nose. I was trying to pick something else; a bit left field. But Neal did an updated cover for ESPN Magazine a while back...

It's Secretariat. I believe the cover was done for a countdown of the 50 greatest athletes of the 20th century, and Secretariat was on the list.
Either that or it's Comet the Superhorse.

I've been meaning to pick up Wilfred Santiago's 21: The Story of Roberto Clemente for awhile now. I flipped through it at my LCS but completely forgot about it until today.

A fun one featuring Bizarro Pres. Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe, and Jerry Lewis. Obviously disqualified since they are only wearing masks, but kudos to the Bizarro portraying Kennedy with the stooped shoulders and hunched back. Is that Laniel Lay-Dewis?
