Wasn't there 3 volumes in the Anderson King bio OGN's. I had them at some point and I vaguely remember 3 volumes, but I could be wrong.

Then there's this... Have to wonder with their higher profile and movie star status, if the Avengers will be part of Dave's farewell tour or if Colbert will have them on to match his predecessor's achievement. Maybe Cap will show up to reclaim his shield from Colbert.... -M

Does it go into his alleged affair with Megan Marshack? I don't recall. The comic was originally done in 1973 and updated in 1975; I don't know if Megan was around then. What I remember of the comic was about the whole Rockefeller family's various (allegedly) nefarious deeds.
