Anyone know of at least one or two good decent Youtube channels to watch that involve old comic books?
Earlier today ive been watching a few youtube videos of Comic Book Palace which is a small comic shop where guys talk about their likes dislikes about old and new comics.
Just wondering if there's anything else like that on youtube?

A couple that I like are Comic Tropes and Strange Brain Parts Chris, the host of Comic Tropes usually has knowledgeable and interesting takes on comics. He does try to throw in some bad humor, which is hit or miss. And he'll do challenges like "I'll take a shot of booze for every trope I find" so we see him drunk at times. If you can live with the goofy moments he does create some interesting content. Strange Brain Parts is a slicker channel and I even enjoy the videos about comics I have no interest in. The video about Brother Power The Geek episode piqued my interest enough to go out and buy the comics

A few weeks ago, I was inspired by a post on another forum to do a video about the best books in my collection. To my surprise, I enjoyed doing it, and some people actually watched it, so I have started doing some more videos. Not a lot so far, but I'm hoping to do maybe one a week. At some point, I will also be uploading the Classic Comic Forum Podcast episodes as YouTube videos here, but I don't have the time just yet - I still have to finish editing the next podcast episode before I can begin that. But! If you want to check out my channel, you can find it here. And here are some of my videos:

I remember seeing a vid by CB that showed his Avengers collection. Oh yeah, I had forgotten about that. I made those videos for insurance purposes back in 2012, but your post inspired me to do a new one just showing my Avengers #1-100. It's incrdedibly long, but maybe someone will like seeing all these books and hearing the stories of how I got them:

Nice reminisces about your Dad too.

I made another indulgently long video showing off 50 top books from my collection, if anyone's looking for a way to kill 90 minutes:

brianf has made a couple of very good suggestions here if you want to delve into characters and comics history. I've been subscribed to both of them for quite some time. electricmastro is also right on about the Fizzpop channel.
There are others out there as well, but it takes some digging. Youtube is overflowing with channels devoted to comics flipping, investment and speculation, and then there's all the CGC unboxing obsessions. And while I do follow a couple of them, that's generally not what I look for since I'm not really into comics from an investment standpoint. I mean, if they go up in collectible value, sure, fine... whatever. I just am not a fan of "investing" in "collectibles" of any type since I got burned on the "pet rock" scam back in the 1970's (I'm kidding about the pet rock thing).
There's also a bunch of channels that focus on modern and post-modern (since 2000) books, but I don't really follow those, since I gave up buying new weekly comics almost 25 years ago.
Crimebuster I didn't even know about your channel, so thanks for posting... going to Youtube to check it out now and subscribe.

While this doesn't exactly fit the theme of this thread I've been watching a bunch of Brandon's Cult Movie Reviews on youtube and he has a buncha superhero knock off videos up that entertain me and this seems like a good place to share them. Warning - there is some violence and cussing and sometimes gore effects & such to be found If you like weird cult movies and dumb jokes about bad movies there's some fun times to be had. And he has a buncha other reviews up - tons of Godzilla if thats yer jam. Turkish Spiderman TURKISH SUPERMAN 3 Supermen and Mad Girl Turkish Batman

In this one, I go off the rails discussing Roy Lichtenstein:
And in this one, I explain why Jughead vol. 2 #89 is a personal grail even though almost nobody else has ever heard of it:

I'm trying to teach myself how livestreaming on YouTube works, so I'm doing a test run in a couple hours at 6 pm Eastern time if anyone wants to join and watch me flail around with modern technology!
