Yes, lactose intolerant, BUT, hardly anything really tears me up, but a McDonald's milkshake is about as close to kryptonite as I can think of, dairy-wise.
I can eat cheese or good ice cream, like Schwans, and not have any problem.

Halloween Which One Candy choice continues. Baby Ruth or Snickers or Milky Way or 3 Musketeer? What is your go to candy bar in your bag of treats?
Baby Ruth hits that sweet spot for me with chocolate, caramel and nuts. Really like it if refrigerated. If BR's not in the bag then I'm grabbing the Milky Way Dark!

Have I mentioned I don't like chocolate?

When I was younger, it would have been Snickers. But I haven't eaten nuts since I was diagnosed with diverticulitis 18 years ago, so haven't eaten Snickers in all that time. From that list, it would be Milky Way, but my preference would be to break me off a piece of that Kit Kat bar.

I object to the exclusionary and divisive nature of this question. We don't have chocolate bars called Baby Ruth or 3 Muskateers over here and I (on behalf of the British people) am most offended by the deliberately insular, American-centric nature of this question. I feel that my human rights...no, worse...my CHOCOLATE rights, had been violated in the most obscene way imaginable.
That said, a quick look on Wikipedia tells me that your Milky Way is not the same as ours. What you call a Milky Way we call a Mars Bar, and what you call 3 Musketeers is known as a Milky Way over here. Snickers are the same and we don't have Baby Ruth bars over here at all.
In answer to the question, I do love a Snickers (they were always called Marathon over here in the UK until the mid-90s, when they changed branding to Snickers, in line with the rest of the world). I especially love a Snickers with a nice hot mug of tea. Mmmm...

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, hands down. And I only like the standard cups. When it’s the mini’s or festive alternatives like the big eggs for Easter, the ratio is off and they’re not as good.

I figured Peanut Butter Cups (and yes, the ONLY PB Cup is the original standard as BEST) are just about everyone's favorite, along with Kit Kat. A tasty snack size treat are both!!!

Milky Way, hands down, all day long. Just had one an hour ago, and it was a little bit of heaven.
Occasionally a Three Musketeers bar, but they do not taste light and fluffy as they did back when I was a kid in the late 1850's.

Milky Way is the only one of those listed that I've ever seen so that would be my pick. But Confessor mentioned Mars Bars, and that would be my choice hands down if it were included in the question.

Coffee Crisp (in Canada) Three Musketeers in U.S.A. I've never even had a Baby Ruth.

Combined with crunchy pretzels, salty peanuts and sweet caramel, all wrapped in silky milk chocolate, the Take 5 candy bar is a yummy salty-sweet snack unlike anything else ! The Starburst or Skittles part of the thread popped into my brain last weekend at the c-store. I got the Tropical, I think, Skittles.

When I was a kid, Milky Way was my favorite, but Snickers is #1 now.
