If reaction is strong enough from their Black Adam movie appearance, the JSA will have a movie !
My favorite team ever !

Which will hopefully, but probably not, lead to some individual solo movies. Not gonna lie, the idea of a Golden Age Green Lantern, Hawkman, and Doctor Fate movie sounds very exciting

Not gonna lie, seeing Hawkman on the big screen would be a dream come true and truly evoke tears.
I got the feels seeing him in a photograph of the JSA on Stargirl.

Since the last JL movie didn't do nearly as well as WB hoped, I think this has given the JSA more emphasis

Since the last JL movie didn't do nearly as well as WB hoped Gee, I wonder what could have ever happened to put them in such a predicament ;p

JSA has a tough sale for a movie. Outside of fan appreciation and recognition the Society really doesn't have "BIG NAME" heroes that many will recognize. Us old timers/classic collectors may go YAY but will others who don't know them? Do you go with traditional WWII JSA or do as current heroes and ignore the WWII era or do you go with current JSA-Super Squad with only a few old-timers from WWII who could be explained being still operational due to mystical means (Dr. Fate, Hawkman, etc) with a group of kids/youngsters/trainees taking on the retired JSA names?
Personally: go for broke and make it a 2 or 3 movie concept, going with 1st movie focusing upon them during WWII and ending that movie similar to comics and during their fight they end up trapped in time until the 2nd movie where they can be found in the current world after escaping as still vibrant/powerful adult heroes struggling/adapting and reigniting people with old world values. Then go into a 3rd from there with them becoming the elder trainers/teachers for a new group of teen heroes preparing for the future.

None of the Guardians of the Galaxy had big time name recognition either, and for that matter Iron Man didn't have big time name recognition prior to the launch of the MCU. If they make a good movie that engages the audience (not just the fans), and gives them someone to root for (unlike many of the early DCEU attempts) it will do well whether there is BIG NAME recognition or not. If they put out a mediocre or worse movie that leaves audiences meh (like Suicide Squad) it will fail because it's a bad movie, not because the characters didn't have BIG NAME recognition. BIG NAME recognition is now a red herring for super-hero movies. It's irrelevant to the potential box office success. -M

People tend to forget that Marvel sold off the rights to their properties with "big name recognition." They built the MCU around the left-overs.

I would love to see a decently made superhero movie set in the Golden Age as the first Captain America was. Superheroes "work" so well in that era. Nostalgia, low-tech and retro design only add to the fun. (Nazis help, too, as we know from Indiana Jones.)
Tell me a movie based on Byrne's Batman-Captain America one-shot couldn't be exciting and fun.

I also wouldn't mind a movie set in the 1950s or 1960s. During the Cold War and the Space Race.
